1. The Member acknowledges that they have read the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and have accepted the contents thereof…
2. Should a SwiftMLS Member wish to cancel their subscription, then they are required to do so (1) one month prior to expiry of the Contract. If a written notice is not received within a month, then the subscription will automatically be renewed for the same period as originally applied for.
3. This document is signed once the website is complete and running live on the world wide web. By signing this document you are accepting that swift has completed your website. Additional changes will be charged at R240/hour according to the nature of the changes.
